Oldham County Police are investigating a burglary that occurred at the Crestwood Subway located at 6549 West KY 22 at approximately 2:30AM.  While on routine patrol Officers observed what they believed to be a suspicious vehicle parked in front of the business. 

Upon further investigation a broken window was observed on the west side of the building.  As the officer returned to the front of the building, a white male was observed exiting the front door of the business.  After a short foot pursuit, the officer apprehended the suspect.

Arrested and charged with Burglary in the Third Degree was Ryan Young, 20 years of age.  Mr. Ryan is a Crestwood resident.  An undetermined of money was recovered from Mr. Ryan and a second suspect is wanted in connection with the burglary.
