Saturday, January 10, 2009, at approximately 5:30 pm, Oldham County Police Department investigated a three car traffic collision at KY 22 approximately a half mile east of Crestwood (Bridge Hill) resulting in one fatality.  The driver, Odon Hernandez, age 42, of Eminence Kentucky, was pronounced dead from his injuries by the Corners Office. 

Mr. Hernandez was traveling west on KY 22 and stuck the vehicles which were travel east. 

Two occupants of one vehicle were transported to University of Louisville Hospital for non life threatening injuries. The occupant of the third vehicle was treated and released at the scene.
