OLDHAM COUNTY POLICE

Press Release

Saturday, January 3, 2009, Oldham County Police Department located a stolen vehicle parked at Green Valley Apartments in La Grange Kentucky.  The vehicle was reported stolen at 1:00 pm on January 3, 2009 by the La Grange Police Department.  Oldham County Police located a suspect in one of the apartments.  The suspect was intoxicated and in possession of the keys to the stolen vehicle. 

Arrested was Jonathan Swinney, age 45 of Crestwood KY.  Swinney was charged with Receiving Stolen Property over $300.00, Assault 3rd (Police Officer), Resisting Arrest, Terroristic Threatening 3rd, and Alcohol Intoxication.
