Thursday, August 9, 2007 at approximately 12:45 PM Oldham County Police were dispatched to the 3700 block of West Hwy 524 on persons armed with a handgun.  The victim reported to police that two men were trying to take a generator from her property and when the property owner confronted the men they dropped the property that they were in possession of  and one of the men pointed a handgun at the victim.

The victim, who was not harmed, described one suspect as being white with long brown hair and wearing a white T-shirt. The suspects were last seen traveling south on Ky. 524 in a gray SUV with damage to the passenger’s rear bumper or quarter panel area.
